Refund policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goat Wigs Return Information

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option of returning your item. Please read the conditions below carefully to determine if you are eligible for the return process

  • To ensure that your return is processed quickly and accurately, please note the following:

  • Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery and can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange for another item.

  • Items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and markings still attached.

  • Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. Unfortunately, underwear, sportswear, and hats cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any wear or marks.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It will take 1-3 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goatwigs.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
